A bit delayed, here are some of the highlights from this year’s Ramsis User Conference in Kaiserslautern
Manuel Kipp from the Chair of Ergonomics showed an interesting, cost-effective climate dummy designed with RAMSIS and produced using additive manufacturing. The dummy is also used as a digital twin for CFD simulations for evaluating thermal comfort in complex environments, and it allows for open-source measurements using Python.
Special congratulations to Tobias Ritthaler on winning the Ramsis User Award for Best Master’s Thesis
Supervised by Manuel Kipp, he conducted a comprehensive ergonomic assessment of eVTOL interior concepts, validated through RAMSIS and VR studies. His work forms the basis for further research in this exciting field 🚀
A big thank you to Humanetics for hosting and to everyone who took part in the discussions!
