Project Description
The goal of the project is to further develop the system contact analysis method in the FVA program RIKOR for various gearbox configurations with spur and planetary gear stages, incorporating additional aspects. To meet the demand for greater detail, RIKOR will be enhanced in the main work package to model rotary path errors for both spur gears and, particularly, complex gear systems such as planetary gearboxes.
Additionally, the second work package will expand the analysis by including additional tolerance influences in planetary gears, such as pitch and bore deviations. These enhancements will enable a comprehensive influence analysis of rotary path behavior within complex gear environments.
A compact calculation report will be developed to ensure a clear and user-friendly presentation of results, specifically designed for multiple calculations in the complete system and for multiple rotational positions in planetary gearboxes.
The final work package involves expanding the housing structures to incorporate torque arms in the load and deformation analysis within the RIKOR complete system. This enhanced housing model will allow for an even more detailed depiction of the effects of housing support on shaft positioning and gear meshing.
